Drift and Cross-Sensitivity Reduction in Solid-State Hydrogen Sensors

Palladium-based hydrogen sensors have been extensively studied due to their inherent specificity to hydrogen and the minimal effect of interference gases on accuracy. Sensor drift and the need for re-calibration have limited their widespread acceptance in some markets. Traditionally chemical sensors are re-calibrated periodically by applying known gas concentrations.
